The Labour Market in the Adriatic Macroregion - The role of the Post Secondary Vocational Educational Training. Delmvet Project at Adriaticomediterraneo Festival

On August, 29,  2013, in Ancona,  at Molle Vanvitelliana  will take place the  International Workshop “The Labour Market in the Adriatic Macroregion - The role of the Post Secondary Vocational Educational Training”.
 
The workshop is promoted by Region Marche & Cooss Marche  &  organized within the DELMVET Project - Developing an Efficient Locally Managed Model of Vocational Education and Training 1°ord./0283 .

Local and International Key Speakers are  invited. The workshop  aims not  only focusing an important issue as  the Labour Market in the Adriatic Macroregion but  aims at creating interactions with important international initiatives as the AdriaticoMedeterraneo Festival (www.adriaticomediterraneo.eu)  and synergies between  different projects. The “Adriatic Welfare Mix Project - 2°ord./0225 ”   key representatives  will bring their  experience   in the role of the social Entrepreneurship in the Labour Market and exchange experience  on Social Entrepreneurship training needs & profiles.

Gender Resources Centers for Orientation and Professional Qualification of Excluded Women in Albania and Montenegro

On the 21 August 2013, in the headquarters of the Independent Forum for the Albanian Women, in Tirana will take place the Conclusive Meeting of the project “Gender Resources Centers for Orientation and Professional Qualification of Excluded Women in Albania and Montenegro” -  code 093. The project  was a concrete action, which contributed to the women social cohesion in Albania and Montenegro.

The project created 2 regional training and professional centers in Durres (Albania) and Ulcinj (Montenegro), that were not only spaces for delivering direct professional skills and work opportunities to the most marginalized women in both mentioned above districts, but also helped them to be socially included in their societies.

On the other side, the project  increased the knowledge of  women regarding their role and status within the society, gender balances, equal opportunities, constitutional rights, reproductive rights, civil, social and other fundamental rights for women, in Albania and Montenegro. The project improved women economic situation, as one of the key factors of women empowerment.

The project was a combination of work between the 4 partners : Independent Forum for the Albanian Women , Women of Mediterranean, East and South European Network,  Municipality of Ulcinj,  Albanian Gender Institute of Research and Studies.
