| Description: | The project aims at promoting within the IPA regions a sustainable and responsible tourism related to scientific culture in general, but with a common thread in astrophysics, its research and its heritage. Starting from sites hosting astronomy resources located in different Adriatic regions, the objective is to design and develop a touristic product that sustainable with the other natural and cultural resources of the destination could contribute to enhance both the outreach of such culture and the protection and preservation of local culture and activities. The goal will be reached by a cross-border cooperation aiming at developing a concept of scientific tourism, making a feasibility study about the adoption of such kind or tourism and developing a pilot product customized for each involved country in order to test the sustainability of the action. |
