| Description: | The F.AC.T.IN project aims to build a network of incubators for SMEs , encouraging innovation, technology transfer and new financial support forms addressed to start up and spin off of new innovative companies and to support SMEs located in crisis area to follow a process of innovation. The rationale of the project is built on the Measure 1.2 of the Programme, because the proposal aims at “encouraging the cross-border territories and their productive systems to invest in research and innovation by offering new and diversified financial instruments”. |
