| Description: | The proposal of PKB, addressing the MEASURE 1.4 "Institutional Cooperation", ("to promote innovative services to citizenry through the exchange of technical and government expertise and best practice between the governments and local/public authorities"), wants to pursue the following objectives:
a) harmonization of patent procedures, circulation and technology transfer, through the creation of a market for innovation and patents;
b) guiding companies to greater competitiveness and to a wider European and international dimension;
c) increase the participation of SMEs in EU decisions;
d) promote the exchange of knowledge between the various subjects that support the business;
e) assist researchers and SME to improve access to funding opportunities and programs of the European Union.
