Implement the offer of medical service with the creation of several surgical unit and hospital for outpatient surgery unit, and One Day Surgery Day Surgery; 2. sharing of good practice on medical surgery to carry out consultations on instrumental tests (ultrasound, EMG, Doppler tests, etc.) and on performance of minor surgery feasible in a safe spot; 4. health management of the mutilations, amputations, maiming of limbs; 5. management of rehabilitation / re-education use of the same. |
